Bradley Mattan
Brad worked as a postdoctoral scholar in the Impression Formation Social Neuroscience (IFSN) Lab from 2015-2019. During his time with the IFSN lab, Brad used a combination of behavioral and neuroscience (TMS, fMRI) methods to investigate how social status influences the way we evaluate and pay attention to others. Brad also explored how status intersects with other social categories (e.g., race, gender, age) in shaping our evaluations of others. After spending a couple years with the Communication Neuroscience Lab at the University of Pennsylvania, Brad transitioned into user experience research. Since 2021, he has worked as a user experience researcher at Bold Insight, a full-service user experience and human factors research agency in Chicago.
